If you register on the Website to receive updates on the True North program, Movember uses Salesforce to collect your name and email and to send the updates to you. Qualtrics is an American experience management company, with co-headquarters in Seattle, Washington and Provo, Utah in the United States. Qualtrics provides granular control over access to collected data, and by default is limited to allowing only the users who collected the data direct access to it. In addition, Qualtrics offers full audit capabilities allowing only Administrators to track who has logged in, from where, and what has been accessed. The Qualtrics platform utilises TLS encryption in the transmission of all data, is ISO 270001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018 and SOC 2 Type II certified and has achieved HITRUST certification.
